Purlanza operates purely as an independent digital publication and assessment platform for resort properties, guest accommodation, and hospitality destinations. Our comparisons, amenity notes, tier rankings, and critiques exist for general informational and entertainment purposes.
We neither own nor operate, manage, or supervise any of the hotels, villas, leisure venues, dining rooms, transport services, or guest programmes featured here. Assessments represent our own editorial judgement based on publicly available specifications at the time of publication.
2. Third-party hospitality providers
Following a reservation link, checking an availability calendar, or opening a property profile may take you to an external booking engine, a hotel's own reservation system, or a licensed hospitality broker. In using those, you acknowledge:
- Contractual relationship
- Every booking, deposit, payment, and cancellation condition is a contract solely between the guest and the relevant hotel operator or merchant of record.
- We are not an agent
- Purlanza holds no agency, representative, brokerage, or guarantor role in relation to any hotel, management group, or travel service.
- Independent terms and conditions
- Third parties maintain their own service terms, guest policies, and admission rules. You bear sole responsibility for reading and accepting them before completing any transaction.
3. Accuracy, completeness, and change
We take reasonable care over published classifications, layouts, room specifications, service details, and view assessments; even so, properties change their facilities, hours, seasonal pricing, and policies constantly and without warning.
- Pricing, availability, resort fees, security deposits, and amenity access can be altered by the property at any moment.
- Photography, renderings, and tours are indicative only; they may not show recent updates or the exact room you are allocated.
- We offer no express or implied guarantee that third-party content remains accurate, current, complete, or reliable.
4. Liability and assumption of risk
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purlanza, its founders, editors, and contributors disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss connected with:
- Reliance on any ranking, review, critique, or recommendation published here.
- Errors, outdated rate information, or omissions within our listings and amenity tables.
- Performance failures, guest disputes, safety concerns, or conditions experienced at any property.
- Interruptions, transmission delays, device incompatibility, or third-party interference affecting access to this site.
- Financial transactions, amendments, cancellations, or refund requests managed by external agents or venues.
5. Outbound links
This site links to third-party travel platforms, booking gateways, and tourism authorities purely as a navigational convenience. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of the linked entity, its security practices, or its content.
Purlanza holds no operational control over external websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, data collection, or contractual terms.
6. Due diligence before you travel
Each visitor must exercise personal due diligence before making travel arrangements. Specifically, it is your responsibility to:
- Verify the current rate, inclusions, resort charges, and cancellation policy directly with the provider.
- Verify visa requirements, travel regulations, entry permits, and local law for your destination.
- Check the venue's safety protocols, minimum age rules, and accessibility arrangements ahead of your stay.
7. Intellectual property
The layout, reviews, ranking hierarchy, scoring matrices, and original descriptions on Purlanza are our proprietary property, protected by international copyright. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, framing, or distribution is prohibited.
